Objectives:

As a Clinic Marketer at MSI Nigeria, your role is crucial in driving strategic business plans, developing marketing strategies, and increasing opportunities for the clinic. Your initiative, energy, and results-driven orientation will be utilized to identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and recommend strategies to retain a competitive edge in the market. With excellent communication skills, you will effectively communicate and promote the clinic's services to target audiences. Your persuasive and goal-oriented approach will contribute to lead generation and prospect management, ultimately driving continuous growth for the clinic. By monitoring marketing performance and collaborating with management, you will ensure the achievement of sales goals and contribute to the clinic's short- and long-term business development plans. Your strong computer skills and experience in field marketing, preferably in a medical facility, will further support your success in this role. Your pro-choice attitude and commitment to safeguarding clients will demonstrate your dedication to promoting a safe and respectful environment within MSI’s reproductive health services.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans & development forecasts for new business opportunities 

  • Develop and implement marketing, communication, and product development plans to maximize volumes and increase opportunities for the Clinic 

  • Leverage insights from competitor strategies, price, and service offerings & recommend strategies to retain lead and increase market share. 

  • Drive the continuous growth of the Clinic 

  • Continually monitor marketing performance with regards to changes within the marketplace; undertake thorough analysis to ensure targets are met. 

  • Prepare and review reports and documents; Request-for-Proposals; preparing background documents as necessary 

Required Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years post NYSC experience in field marketing. Preferably previous experience in a sales capacity in a medical facility such as hospital or diagnostic centre. 
  • HND/ Bachelor’s degree  
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred. 
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented 
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
