Job Description

Location: OGUN (ijebu-ode, shagamu and environs)

 Objectives:

Achieve maximum sales, profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling MSI Nigeria’s product/s and related services.

Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Overall Responsibilities:

o  Achieve set monthly Commercial Sales objectives target for assigned territory.

o   Implements all aspects of the Sales cycle and the go to Market Model around prospecting for new customers, demand creation for all brands with relevant Health Care Practitioners, merchandising, and sales of commodities.

o      Develop good knowledge of MSI Nigeria product/s and services.

o  Ensures optimum Territory Coverage as well as ensuring improved productive call Rate during Face-to-Face Calls

o   Manages key relationships for key customers, influencers, and decision makers in territory.

o     Timely reports on market intelligence for competition.

o     Regularly cascades customer feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and as regards best practice on how to grow the business.

o     Engages the sales merchandisers in territory to drive distribution efficiency around timely supply of orders in territory.

o   Ensures timely submission of all reports as expected from your line manager and Social Marketing leadership.

o   Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

o   MSI Nigeria resource management: ensure efficient and effective utilization of MSI Nigeria allocated resources and deliver high return on investment on all highlighted areas.

Required Qualifications: 

  • A university degree in Biological, Physiological sciences and Pharmacy.
  • A minimum of one year of sales or related experience or training in pharmaceutical or healthcare
  • Experience or proven ability to be a team player.
  • A self-starter with uncanny ability to surmount challenges.
  • A problem solver who is ready to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license.

Note: There are no relocation allowances available for this position.
